Our Story
We are Samath "Sam" and Lieke (Lee-kah) Rajapaksa, a husband and wife catering team located in Olds, Alberta. Together we have three wonderfully mischievous little ones (Aidan, Salayna & Niam) that keep us on our toes around the clock.
Sam, the chef, is Red Seal Certified with 20+ years of culinary experience. He has been involved with many local Farm to Table dining experiences partnering with Season & Supply and has a true passion for thinking outside of the box when it comes to plating and menu planning.
Lieke holds a Bachelor of Management degree and has a career in banking. While Sam is the master in the kitchen, Lieke is the one that masters all the behind the scenes tasks that keep our family and business going.
And together? We make magic! Or delicious meals for you to enjoy with your loved ones. Same thing!
